A blind box refers to the type of packaging that keeps a collectible figure a mystery until it's opened. Blind boxes commonly come in sets that showcase a collection; some figures are rarer than others, and are known as "secret," "hidden," or "wanted" figures.

Can I buy a specific figure?

Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of Blind Boxes, we are unable to select specific products for sale.

Deliveries and Shipping

My order has already exceeded the stipulated time

If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us at wamoolustore@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping company to expedite delivery.

If the package is declared lost by the courier, we will reship it again with the same initial delivery time.

If you do not receive the package due to lack of tracking or it is marked as failed delivery, we will resend the package.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order has been paid for.

If the product is in stock, it is assigned to your order immediately.

If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will contact the carrier to expedite delivery.

If the package is declared lost by the courier, we will reship it again with the same initial delivery time.

If you do not receive your package due to lack of tracking or if it is marked as a failed delivery, we will reship the package within 2 to 5 business days.
